วัตถุประสงค์ Purpose of Processing
ข้อมูลของคุณจะถูกนำไปใช้เพื่อ: Your data is processed for:
- ยืนยันตัวตนและสิทธิ์ในการเข้าร่วมการแข่งขันVerifying identity and eligibility to participate
- ความปลอดภัยและการปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบกีฬายานยนต์Safety and compliance with motorsport regulations
- จัดการผลการแข่งขัน คะแนนสะสม และประวัติการแข่งขันManaging race results, standings, and competition history
- ประสานงานด้านประกันภัยและการสนับสนุนทางการแพทย์Coordinating insurance coverage and medical support
- ประชาสัมพันธ์กิจกรรมผ่านช่องทางสื่ออย่างเป็นทางการEvent promotion via official media channels
การเก็บรักษาข้อมูล Data Retention
FMSCT จะเก็บรักษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณตลอดระยะเวลาฤดูกาลแข่งขัน และเก็บไว้ต่อตามระยะเวลาที่กฎหมายหรือระเบียบขององค์กรกีฬากำหนด FMSCT will retain your personal data throughout the racing season and for as long as required by law or sports organization regulations.
คำรับรองของผู้เข้าร่วมการแข่งขัน Participant Declaration
การยอมรับเงื่อนไขนี้ ถือว่าท่านรับทราบและยอมรับว่า: By accepting these terms, you acknowledge and agree that:
- คุณให้ข้อมูลนี้โดยสมัครใจเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการแข่งขันกีฬาYou provide this information voluntarily for sports competition purposes.
- คุณเข้าใจในความเสี่ยงสูงของกีฬายานยนต์ และสละสิทธิ์ในการเรียกร้องค่าเสียหายจากผู้จัดงานในกรณีอุบัติเหตุปกติของการแข่งขันYou understand the high-risk nature of motorsport and waive claims against organizers for standard racing accidents.
- คุณยินยอมให้ FMSCT ใช้ภาพลักษณ์ของคุณในสื่อ การถ่ายทอดสด และสื่อการตลาดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานYou grant FMSCT the right to use your likeness in media, broadcasts, and marketing related to the event.
- ข้อมูลทั้งหมดที่ให้เป็นความจริง การปลอมแปลงข้อมูลจะถูกตัดสิทธิ์ทันทีและอาจถูกระงับใบอนุญาตขับแข่งAll information provided is accurate; falsification will result in immediate disqualification and possible license suspension.
