สมาคมกีฬาแข่งรถจักรยานยนต์แห่งประเทศไทย (FMSCT) ให้ความสำคัญและเคารพสิทธิในความเป็นส่วนตัวของท่าน ในการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ และประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน เช่น ชื่อ-นามสกุล, เลขประจำตัวประชาชน, ข้อมูลการติดต่อ, และภาพถ่าย/วิดีโอ โดยสมาคมฯ จะใช้มาตรการเข้มงวดในการรักษาความปลอดภัยตามวัตถุประสงค์ที่ท่านให้ความยินยอมเท่านั้น The Federation of Motor Sports Clubs of Thailand (FMSCT) respects your privacy rights. We collect, use, and process your personal data such as name, national ID, contact info, and photos/videos under strict security measures and only for the purposes you have consented to.
วัตถุประสงค์ในการใช้ข้อมูล Purpose of Processing
- 1. เพื่อนำเสนอบริการและข้อมูลกิจกรรม:1. Services & Event Information:
จัดเก็บ: ชื่อ-นามสกุล, หมายเลขโทรศัพท์, ที่อยู่, และอีเมล Data: Name, Phone, Address, and Email
- 2. เพื่อการประชาสัมพันธ์กิจกรรม:2. Event Media & Public Relations:
จัดเก็บ: ภาพถ่ายและวิดีโอที่บันทึกระหว่างการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมเพื่อเผยแพร่ผ่านสื่อออนไลน์ต่างๆ Data: Photographs and videos recorded during activities for distribution via official online media channels.
การเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล Disclosure of Personal Data
สมาคมฯ จะไม่เปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านโดยพลการ เว้นแต่เป็นการเปิดเผยตามกฎหมาย หรือต่อหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ได้แก่ ผู้จัดงาน (Organizer) เพื่อสนับสนุนการจัดกิจกรรมเท่านั้น FMSCT will not disclose your personal data arbitrarily, except as required by law or to authorized parties such as the Event Organizer to support activity coordination.
คำรับรองและสิทธิ์ในการให้ความยินยอม Declaration and Consent
ท่านยืนยันว่าท่านมีอายุมากกว่า 10 ปี และไม่ใช่บุคคลไร้ความสามารถ หรือเสมือนไร้ความสามารถ ตามที่กำหนดไว้ใน พรบ.คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 You confirm that you are over 10 years of age and are not an incapacitated or quasi-incapacitated person as defined by the PDPA B.E. 2562.
